Follow the money in one paragraph
When you send a room request through a form on this site, our booking desk checks availability and the rate with Crown Towers Sydney or with a booking partner that can confirm the reservation. If your request becomes a confirmed stay, the hotel or that booking partner pays us a commission. You pay the room rate you agreed to, and nothing on top of it to us.
Know what is switched off
We are being exact about the present, not about plans.
- No advertising. There are no ad networks on this site and no paid placements.
- No affiliate networks. None are connected. The buttons that say "official site" go straight to crownsydney.com.au with no tracking tags.
- No sponsored pages. Crown did not commission, read or approve anything here.
- No analytics or tag manager. The pages load no third-party scripts. The only outside content is the Google map, and on the home page it loads only when you press the button.
If any of that changes, this page changes first, with a date.
Understand what a request is
A request is a question, not a booking. We read it, we check, and we write back by email with what is available for your dates. You decide whether to go ahead. We never ask for card details in the form. If you'd rather book directly with Crown, do that: the official links on every key page are there for exactly that reason.
Keep the opinions separate from the commission
The commission is the same whichever room you end up in, so we have no reason to steer you up a category. Our review tells you where the hotel asks a lot of you, and our parking page tells you to leave the car at home. A guide that only flattered its subject wouldn't be worth funding.
Know who runs it
Barangaroo Nights started in 2026. It is a small independent publication. The domain was registered through Namecheap, Inc. on 1 November 2026, and the site is hosted on DigitalOcean in Sydney and served through Cloudflare. Write to us at hello@barangaroonights.com.
