Check your car before you leave
Two of those rules turn people away at the driveway. If your car is over 2.1 metres high, as many roof-boxed SUVs and vans are, it can't park at Crown at all; Crown points over-height vehicles to the car park at the Sydney Fish Market. If your car opens with your phone and has no physical key, the valet won't take it.
Park nearby instead
Crown names these public car parks in its own directions. We haven't checked their prices; book ahead where you can.
| Car park | Where | Walk to Crown | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wilson, Barangaroo Reserve | Beneath the reserve, entry via Towns Place | About 10 minutes | 6am to midnight, not 24 hours |
| Divvy | 30 Hickson Road | About 5 minutes | Not stated by Crown |
| Secure Parking, King Street Wharf | King Street Wharf | Nearest 24-hour option, per Crown | 24 hours |

The Barangaroo Reserve car park has 300 spaces, including eight accessible spaces on level B1, per the Barangaroo precinct. It closes at midnight: if your evening runs late, that matters.
Use accessible parking through valet
Accessible parking is provided through the valet service from the driveway, subject to availability and at the usual valet prices. Crown asks guests to contact its Guest Services team before arrival for assistance. Tell us in your request and we'll pass it on.
Weigh the cost honestly
For a one-night stay, $100 is close to the cost of a taxi from most of the eastern suburbs and back. For a two-night stay it's $200 for a car you probably won't use, because everything in our one-night plan is on foot. Train, metro or ferry is cheaper and, on a Friday evening, usually quicker.
