Accessibility

Plan an accessible stay, and tell us what you need

Two parts: what we've done to make this site usable, and what Crown publishes about access at the hotel.

Use this site with any setup

  • Every page starts with a "skip to content" link and uses real headings in order.
  • The request drawer opens with a button, closes with the Escape key or the close button, and its fields all have visible labels.
  • Date fields accept typed dates in the form YYYY-MM-DD, so you don't need a date picker.
  • Images carry text descriptions and captions that say they're illustrations.
  • Text sizes are relative, so the page scales with your browser settings, and the layout works on a narrow phone screen without sideways scrolling.
  • The Google map is an embedded third-party frame. Every map on the site has a plain link to open it in Google Maps instead.

If something here doesn't work for you, email hello@barangaroonights.com and tell us the page. We'll fix it, or send you the information another way.

Read what Crown publishes about access

At the hotel
Crown describes the hotel as accessibility-friendly, with step-free access and accessible rooms available
Parking
Accessible parking through the valet service from the driveway, subject to availability and the usual valet price
Before you arrive
Crown asks guests to contact its Guest Services team in advance for assistance
Sky Deck
Wheelchair access is available, with Crown's security team on hand; tell the tour host in advance
Nearby car park
The Barangaroo Reserve car park has eight accessible spaces on level B1, per the Barangaroo precinct

Crown's room pages don't list which categories have accessible versions or describe accessible bathrooms in detail. We don't fill that gap with guesses: ask, and we'll put the question to the hotel for your dates.

Choose an accessible route outside

The Barangaroo precinct describes both walks between Circular Quay and Barangaroo Reserve as fully accessible: about 1 kilometre through the Argyle Cut with a short incline, or about 1.9 kilometres flat along the waterfront. Footpaths around Hickson Road have been diverted for metro station works at times; the foreshore promenade, Wulugul Walk, is the reliable level route.

Tell us in your request

Use the "anything we should know" box in the request form. Mention mobility, hearing or vision needs, a companion who needs a room nearby, or a vehicle that needs accessible parking. We pass these on when we check availability, and we tell you in our reply what the hotel has confirmed and what it hasn't.

Checked against Crown Sydney's own pages on 1 November 2026. Hours, prices and menus change; confirm with the venue.

Ask our desk for a room

Tell us the nights. We check what Crown Towers Sydney has and reply by email with options. A request, not a booking.

Commission is paid by the hotel or booking partner only when a request becomes a confirmed stay. How that works.
