Start at the waterline
a'Mare
Alessandro Pavoni's Italian dining room at the foot of the tower, with a waterside terrace. Lunch 12-2:30pm daily. The bar runs from noon until late and serves cicchetti; Crown says its Campari Seltz machine is one of only four in the world. Reservations on 02 9127 3753.
Pizzamare
On the a'Mare terrace, from Pavoni and executive chef Giuseppe Fuzio. Same hours as a'Mare. Crown lists a Pizza Panino lunch on weekdays at $29 (seen 1 November 2026). Bookings on 02 5566 0887.
Woodcut
Ross and Sunny Lusted's open-kitchen room, built around Australian produce cooked over fire, steam, smoke and ice. One hat from the Good Food Guide, per Crown. Lunch Tuesday to Sunday. The Hickory Bar alongside runs from noon to 10:30pm, or 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Sacrebleu
A French bakery for the morning after: canelés and coffee before the walk. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Go up a floor for Japan
Nobu sits on level 2 and opens for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, 12-3pm, and for dinner from Wednesday. It's closed on Monday and Tuesday nights, which catches people out. Under-16s need to be with a parent or guardian, per Crown.
Inside Nobu's entrance is Yoshii's Omakase: ten seats, two Chef Hats according to Crown, and a set price listed at $398 a person on 1 November 2026. Seats are released on the first of each month at 12pm, seatings run Tuesday to Saturday, and the menu can't be changed for dietary needs. If you want it, set a reminder.
Climb to level 3 for Cantonese
Golden Century is the Wong family's restaurant, and Crown lists more than 80 yum cha dishes. Monday to Thursday it opens for lunch from 11am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm to 10pm; on Friday and Saturday it runs straight through from 11am to 11pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 10pm. That long weekend day makes it the easiest late table in the tower.
Use level 5 for breakfast
Epicurean is the hotel's breakfast room, with nine live kitchens. Breakfast runs 7-10:30am daily, with a one-hour dining time. Lunch is weekdays 12-2:30pm and weekends 12:30-3pm; dinner 5:30-10pm, or to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Villa bookings include breakfast here.
Watch the surcharges
Crown's venue pages list weekend surcharges at several places, typically 10 percent on Saturdays and 15 percent on Sundays and public holidays, and Crown notes that venues don't split bills. Groups of ten or more may see a service fee. Read the footer of the menu before you order, and it won't spoil the evening.
Note what changed
Crown's site carried a notice that 88 Noodle closed on 18 October. The Barangaroo precinct's own Crown page still listed some older venue names when we checked; we follow Crown's current list. Crown has announced Én by Björn Frantzén on level 26 for mid-2027 and SEK by Chef Pam for 2027; see what's on.
